Pandemic 101 Pandemic Planning Services

Pandemic 101 will assist organizations in developing their pandemic plan. Our completed plan includes the following components: the declaring of an Emergency/Pandemic and the activation of the business continuity plan, business continuity related to infectious disease outbreaks, disaster recovery, telecommuting strategies, communications, legal and HR policy, medical directives, infectious control guidelines and the medical supervision of prescription medicines including antiviral medications such as Tamiflu®. The Pandemic 101 Workbook is also included to help businesses organize their material in an easy to use binder.

The purpose of a "Table Top" exercise is designed to assess the adequacy of plans, policies, procedures, training, resources and relationships or agreements that guide the prevention or response to a crisis or series of crises. Our exercise process is unique and identifies not only the quality of the plan but the ability of your organization to respond. Our process determines your operational readiness. We offer both a web based self directed exercise and a professionally facilitated exercise.

Online Staff Training

The Pandemic 101 online program is designed to give people a thorough understanding of influenza pandemic and infectious disease control. We have created twenty-four videos with additional videos being produced each month. All of our videos are shot in high definition and are under two minutes in duration to keep the learners focus and interest. Our Learning Management System (LMS) was built to allow each individual employee to register online using a very simple process that includes a choice of one of six languages. Our LMS tracks all employees' progress and completion. Your pandemic program coordinator can monitor the progress of your employees. Our system automatically sends a training certificate via email to each employee once the training is complete.
