Stephen Thompson is a Pandemic 101™ Certified Consulting Partner. Stephen is a results-oriented, high-energy executive with a passion for organizational leadership, operational effectiveness and technology revitalization. Stephen is a "versatilist," He is known for his creativity, communication skills and personal style as well as his willingness to foster the growth, resilience and agility of both organizations and individuals while achieving their desired corporate outcomes. He works closely with corporate and technology executives to design and implement sustainable risk management programs and initiatives that will increase the return on enterprise investment in business-sponsored, mission-critical initiatives.

Before founding Tamworth Partners Inc., he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of a major organization in the financial sector and a member of the executive management team. His responsibilities included the management of the technology and support infrastructure of a real-time, mission-critical environment. Strategic initiatives started and completed under his leadership include in part: increasing the performance and capacity of the infrastructure by over 400 per cent; as well as setting a renewed direction for the IT organization.

Stephen has also served other major corporations as a Managing Partner for an international professional services firm, as Group Vice President for one of Canada's largest outsourcers, and as Regional Vice President and General Manager for one of Canada's largest professional services firms.

For Pandemic 101™, Stephen is able to bring to our clients significant insight and value in both the pandemic planning phases but also to ensure that corporations are able to ensure proper due diligence and mitigation of issues related to corporate governance, business, compliance and regulatory risks.
