Sheldon Leith,
Pandemic 101™ Certified Consultant
 

Sheldon Leith has joined the Pandemic 101™ Certified Consultant Team as a Client Consultant and Project Manager. He is currently an AMI Global Business Advisor and over the last fifteen years has held senior leadership positions including Principal and Partner at Ernst & Young, as well as Director and V.P. of Supply Chain for two Top 100 Canadian companies. He has both internal and external leadership experience: he has led internal project managers and teams as well as external contractors in a number of initiatives that produced quantifiable savings in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Sheldon has experience in business acquisition integrations (organizational design, RACI, process mapping, systems integration, program and project management, transition management and oversight). He has been directly involved in the re-engineering of supply chains in order to reduce total product cost of acquisitions and fulfillment, as well as total cost of reverse supply chain flow.

Sheldon's quarter century of experience in various sectors including tech, energy, retail, health sciences, food and beverage and telecom make him invaluable in determining the strategic direction for companies engaging in Business Continuity Planning or Pandemic initiative. His strong science background contributes to his understanding the total impact (health & company welfare) on businesses traumatized by situations that prove to be beyond their control.

As a Pandemic 101™ Certified Consultant Sheldon will use his strengths in Project Management to ensure that complex projects are successfully integrated between existing capabilities and the specialized and unique features of Pandemic planning.
