Scott Ashley C.C.F.P.,
Pandemic 101™ Certified Consultant

Scott Ashley was the original founder and lead designer/developer of the Pandemic 101™ Program in 2006. Until the recent acquisition of Pandemic 101™ by AMI Business Resilience Inc. Scott worked as the President of the Pandemic 101 Corporation. During the planned acquisition Scott joined the AMI team as a senior consultant to ensure both a seamless transition of the Pandemic 101 program and to realize his vision of creating a world class offering by the combining the program with the business acumen and resources of AMI.

In 1992 Scott founded a first aid training company based on using professional paramedics to teach custom first aid/ CPR and AED courses, after 12 years had grown the business to over 1500 clients and had written and marketed over 80 courses. During that same period, Scott developed a complete emergency response program including, an Emergency Needs Assessment, emergency planning, incident command, emergency warden and medical response teams - in short, a Micro 911 system.

With the rising concerns of an impending pandemic, the issues of pandemic preparedness and planning and the lack of any usable solutions the notion of Pandemic 101 was born.

Today, as a senior consultant Scott works with clients in building and scoping out their pandemic programs, Scott sits as an advisor to The School of Emergency Management & Public Safety at George Brown College. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and is often consulted by media groups as a recognized subject matter expert in emergency response and infectious disease program implementation.
