RUI MARTINS,
Director of Distributor Services
 

Rui gained his operational experience from spending sixteen years at the CN Tower as Senior Manager of Security and Guest Services. Rui directed protective services operations and the life safety training for three hundred personnel at the world's tallest building. Rui and his team won many awards for their training and awareness programs which were recognized by The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).

Among his accomplishments was the installation of the first public use of walk through bomb detectors and the development of security plans for high profile events such as the NATO ministers' reception during the period of the United Nations Intervention in Kosovo.

As Director of Distributor Services, Rui's real strength however lies in the understanding of systems and process', transferring that knowledge to customers, colleagues and students in a way that gives them confidence and competence for their required solution.

Rui sits on the executive Board for the Toronto Chapter of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and is actively perusing his Certified Protection Professional designation (CPP).
