Robert Sean McKee, CBRM, CD,

Sean McKee has a joined the Pandemic 101™ team as a Certified Consulting Partner. He is a consultant/planner and trainer for Respond Solutions Inc. Sean is an experienced professional with a hands-on approach to planning. He has In-depth experience with identifying and developing strategic corporate direction and implementation of operational military, business and communications plans. All told he has over 19 years of planning experience in achieving set objectives from a business and military standpoint.

Sean is also a Certified Business Resiliency Manager (CBRM), and is qualified Basic Emergency Management from Emergency Management Ontario. Sean holds membership in Disaster Recovery Information Exchange (DRIE), Ontario Association of Emergency Managers (OAEM) and Business Resilience Certification Consortium International (BRCCI).

Most recently Sean has returned to Canada from a tour in Kandahar Afghanistan. Sean was second-in-command for the NATO Regional Headquarters long-term planning cell responsible for southernmost six provinces in Afghanistan. In Afghanistan he was responsible for effects-based counter-insurgency and reconstruction and development plans for six provinces in Southern Afghanistan, lead planner for development of the security and development plan for Kandahar City, and lead planner for border security plans between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Sean has been responsible of project management and leadership of large, multi-national and multi-disciplined teams and has the ability to write, present and sell plans to high-level corporate and government stakeholders. He has been the key architect of the national Pandemic Plans for the law firms of Borden, Ladner, Gervais LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.
