Randy W. McLachlan, LL.B, CA, TEP,

Randy works as a strategic advisor to Pandemic 101, and is the Managing Director of the WaterStreet Family Wealth Counsel. Randy formally trained as a lawyer and a chartered accountant. He enjoys a reputation as one of Canada's foremost Family Office Service providers. Prior to co-founding WaterStreet Family Wealth Counsel, he was an executive with RBC Private Counsel Inc. Prior to that, Randy was co-founder and Chairman of a private Family Office Firm which he sold in 2002, Tax Partner at the boutique law firm Wilson Vukelich; and senior tax practitioner at the international accounting firms Ernst & Young, and Deloitte.

Randy provides ongoing business, structural and strategic advice to Pandemic 101 in his capacity as advisor to the principal shareholders of Pandemic 101.
