Paul is the President and founder of Vincerò Capital Management Inc., a Multi-Family Office serving the broadly based succession and wealth management needs of high net-worth families in Southern Ontario. Paul is also a business advisor to The Pandemic 101 Corporation. Prior to establishing Vincerò in July 2000, Mr. Jaggard was a Senior Partner with Ernst & Young, LLP, Chartered Accountants, and had been with that firm and its predecessors for 27 years. Mr. Jaggard has served as Chair of a number of not-for-profit organizations and a recently completed provincial government taskforce. He currently serves as a director of a number of public and private corporations.

Paul's role with The Pandemic 101 Corporation has been to work with the founders to develop the business concept and plan and help access appropriate sources of financing. His ongoing role is to act as business strategy and process advisor to the senior management team.
