JOHN JOHNSTON,
Organizational Consultant
 

John has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources the past 10 years of which have been involved in consulting to industry. His primary focus is HR strategy, business process redesign, organizational change management and project management. John is a frequent speaker at conferences, teaches several courses across the US and Canada in HR systems and has authored over 30 articles on human resource topics. He has worked with a number of major corporations in restructuring HR functions. In addition to his North American activities, he has worked on global projects in the UK, Malaysia and the Caribbean.

John is primarily responsible for the development of a consistent methodology and process for Pandemic 101 to ensure flawless delivery of our services. In addition he is identifying our human resource requirements to ensure that our staffing needs are met to support our rapid growth and functional teamwork.
