Gerry Dornan Gerry has joined the Pandemic 101™ Certified Consulting Team as a pandemic planning consultant. He is a consultant for AMI and has over twenty years of senior experience as an Organizational Integrator and Change Management specialist with specific expertise in managing technology based program implementations, improving business processes, and leading business acceptance testing. He is experienced in navigating complex large environments and operating within lean start-up situations. At ease with ambiguous and changing project environments. Gerry has been instrumental in high risk organizational turnaround initiatives or refocusing programs that have wandered off track.

In addition, Gerry has years of experience with the Ontario Ministry of Heath Long-Term Care. He led the implementation of the largest and most complex common interpretation of long stay adult clinical coding rules and business processes. This new centralized process replaced the previously used multiple systems used by 42 Ontario Community Care Access Centers. The new system is now utilized by more than 7,000 health care professionals across the province.

Gerry has developed strong business acumen in Retail Banking, Securities, Insurance and Health Care. As a Pandemic 101™ Certified Consultant, Gerry will his diverse skills with each client project. He is a valued asset on our pandemic planning team.
