Don Chapman,

Don is a Pandemic 101™ Certified Consulting Partner. Don Chapman is the founder and CEO of ProFitness Advisors Group Ltd. (PGA), a consulting company focused on helping improve business results of small to medium size enterprises through pandemic-readiness planning, innovation, enhanced team effectiveness and business process optimization. Don's post-secondary education was at the University of Waterloo and York University. He was also certified as an Executive Consultant in Business Transformation while at IBM.

Prior to his recent focus with ProFitness, Don held senior management positions within IBM at the Canadian, Americas and Corporate levels and has led significant projects on each of these planes. He has almost 40 years of business experience in a variety of industries (High Tech, Telecomm, Mfg, Distribution, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare) with extensive expertise in process optimization, re-engineering, Supply Chain, Fulfillment and CRM.

Most recently, Don, in addition to his management and sales responsibilities, led a project for IBM Canada to improve the integration of global tools and process changes into the Canadian operation. He also completed an initiative for McNairn Packaging to improve the effectiveness of their I/T management processes. Don was the co-leader of an Innovation Energizer Program for RIM.
