David Gregory successfully completed the Pandemic 101™ Certified Consulting program. David is also a founding partner of ProFitness Advisors Group Ltd., a consulting company focused on helping improve business results of small to medium size enterprises through pandemic-readiness planning, innovation, enhanced team effectiveness and business process optimization. After a senior background with IBM, David now provides executive consulting services to major clients in both private and public sectors, largely at the leadership level of IT operations. As a dynamic, perceptive executive with diverse experiences in Information Technology, David has developed and implemented business and technical strategies for clients in financial services, manufacturing and technology-related industries. David is focused on helping companies grow, by addressing operational effectiveness issues, providing leadership, management stability and enhancing team wellness.

David's most recent work was with the Ontario government in the Smart Systems for Health Agency (SSHA) which provides technical infrastructure services and new eHealth business solutions. David was contracted to solve some strategic developmental issues experienced during the initial phases of start up. David provided an independent assessment of the current situation and a series of recommendations to resolve the problems that resulted in a significant business transformation initiative, which addressed systems, tools, technologies, business processes, management system and organization issues, complimented by an approach to change management. The result was an achievable roadmap for significant improvement.

David is a successful consultant because he is able to first view problems with a business lens, and then lead clients to the most sensible and strategic business solution based on his early assessment.
